i have the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason i see fit. rarely will i not tell you my reasoning, but if i don't, please just respect it and move on.

when you receive a finished piece, you can use it as an icon, banner, etc. as long as i am credited. you may not make money off of my work (such as making merchandise of the artwork i created specifically). if you do plan on using my art for commercial use, please discuss that with me upfront.

i expect 50% payment up front. if for some reason, after payment, i cannot complete a commission to at least 50% completion, i will refund you in full.

when you commission me, i expect references for what you want of course (or DETAILED descriptions), and preferrably tell me a bit about what the character is like, if i am unaware, so that i may characterize them properly. i can also do "artist freedom commissions," where full control over the background and artwork is up to me, with regular check-ins throughout the process to ensure the product is to your liking. i will then discuss with you further in private about estimated times and such. i will begin the drawing after your 50% is paid, and check in with you when the sketch is done, where you will have the chance to tell me things that you would like revised or redone on the piece. i will give several progress reports. when i am done, i will send you the heavily-watermarked finished product, and when you give me the rest of the payment, i will send you the unwatermarked version.

my TAT can often vary, but expect most commissions to be fulfilled within two weeks or less. if something has come up that will force me to take longer, you will be informed of this.

depending on the complexity of your character design, i may need to simplify some details or omit them. i will let you know if this is the case before accepting any payment.

not reading my TOS doesn't make you exempt from it. if you didn't know about something here, it still applies, and i cannot be blamed for you not reading my TOS correctly or thoroughly. additionally, upon contacting me, i will assume you have already read my TOS.
